Adib Bin Sharidan

During the JAKIM audit, Adib demonstrated exceptional adherence to halal procedures, impressing all around. As a result of his outstanding performance, Adib has been recommended to attend the prestigious 'Certified Halal Executive Programme' organized by Halal Development Corporation Berhad, the training and development wing of JAKIM. Adib will travel to Malaysia during WAMMCO's shutdown to participate in this globally recognized program. Upon completion of this training, Adib is expected to significantly enhance WAMMCO's halal procedures, thereby becoming an asset to the Quality Assurance Team.

Jack Thompson

Jack has shown exceptional work in rebuilding the press cages and screw within a week. His efforts were crucial in preventing production losses in the Byproducts production.

Rotha Tha

Rotha has recently stepped into the role of Freezer Loadout Leading Hand following Former Leading hand's move to the boning room, despite having little prior experience. Since his promotion, Rotha has shown remarkable dedication and a strong work ethic. His commitment is evident in his excellent attendance record and his ability to plan his day proactively and independently. Rotha not only meets but exceeds expectations with his high work standards.
